Article 1: General provisions

The e-commerce website of Tubbax Anne, a one-man business with registered office at Hoeverstee 18 3920 Lommel, VAT BE 0787 690 775 (hereinafter referred to as Camperprints), offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products in its webshop online.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website. When placing an order through Camperprints’ online store, the customer must expressly accept these terms and conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these terms and conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the customer are excluded, except when previously, in writing and expressly accepted by Camperprints.

Article 2: Price

All mentioned prices are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other taxes or duties to be borne by the customer.
If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.
Shipping costs may change according to size, weight of product, place of shipment and delivery address.

The indication of price refers only to the items as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are for decorative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price.

Artikel 3: Offer

Despite the fact that the online catalog and e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Camperprints. Camperprints is as far as the accuracy and completeness of the offered information is concerned only held to a best efforts obligation. Camperprints is in no way liable in case of manifest material errors, misprints or printing errors.

Camperprints does not have any or any stock in stock. Largely, the product is processed on demand.

If the customer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request the customer to contact our customer service department in advance.

The offer is always valid while supplies last and may be modified or withdrawn by Camperprints at any time. Camperprints cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this shall be expressly stated in the offer.

Article 4: Online purchases

Through the payment systems Credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Bancontact, KBC/CBC and Belfius Pay you can pay online.
The customer follows the steps on the screen. After the payment, the customer receives an email with confirmation of order and payment.

The payment must precede the delivery and is made via one of the following payment options: Belfius app, Bancontact, KBC app, Credit and debit cards and Paypal.

With every purchase, shipping costs are charged according to the type of order. After the system accepts the aforementioned payment, camperprints confirms the order via email.

Camperprints is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious default by the customer in relation to orders involving the customer.

 

Article 5: Delivery and performance of the contract

Delivery of the order is made to different countries* at the address provided by the customer or if absent by pickup at a postal point or post office. Camperprints strives to deliver the orders as quickly as possible. As some articles are produced by Camperprints from their camper, it may take longer than expected as they travel around Europe and send these orders from the country where they are currently located. Notice! For shipping outside the EU, any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and can never be recovered from Camperprints.

To the extent permitted by law, Camperprints shall not be liable for any losses, costs, liability, damages, fines or expenses incurred due to a delay or failure to deliver.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an item or other defect in the delivery must be reported by the customer to Camperprints without delay.

The risk due to loss or damage shall pass to the customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier was instructed by the customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Camperprints.

How will my order be shipped?
We ensure that your products are carefully packed. Depending on the product selected, it will be packed in a reinforced envelope or shipping tube. We always choose the most efficient and environmentally friendly way to package your product. Products that can be sent in an envelope can consist of different parts. For example, if you ordered a large sticker with a cool text or quote, we may have folded it precisely where there is no text so that it can still be sent by envelope. This way we do our part for the environment so that less packaging is lost.

What is the delivery period?
The delivery time varies per product. Stickers (including text stickers and stickers in 1 or 2 colors) ordered before Sunday 10 p.m. will be shipped on Tuesday, stickers ordered before Thursday 10 p.m. will be shipped on Friday. Orders must be placed before these deadlines to qualify for shipping on the specified days.
For all other products and full color stickers, please allow a week for the production process. After shipment, it will take 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered to your home or chosen address. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays the shipping may incur with the package supplier. However, we strive to give you the best possible service and are ready to assist you with any questions or problems with you delivery.

Article 6: Retention of title

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Camperprints until complete payment by the customer.

The customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of Camperprints’ retention of title, e.g. to anyone who would come to seize items that have not yet been paid for in full.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article apply only to customers who purchase items online from Camperprints in their capacity as consumers.

The customer is expected to have thought carefully before ordering since the products are made at the time of the order. That is, there is no right of withdrawal unless the order can be stopped before it goes into production.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Tubbax Anne, Hoeverstee 18 3920 Lommel info@camperprints.be +32(0)479/31.46.71. The right of withdrawal is only done by phone to notify as soon as possible.

If the customer revokes the contract, Camperprints shall refund all payments received from the customer up to that point, including standard delivery costs, to the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Camperprints has been informed of the customer’s decision to revoke the contract. For sales contracts, Camperprints may wait to refund until it has received all of the goods back, or until the customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Camperprints shall not be refunded.

Camperprints will refund the customer using the same means of payment with which the customer made the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the customer will not be charged for such refunds.

Check your ordering options.
Before proceeding to order, please review everything carefully, as most products are made only from the time of ordering. That is, there is no right of withdrawal unless the order can be stopped in time before it goes into production.

Check the choices you have entered. When ordering a product, there are often a number of options available. Be sure to check the color and size before placing the order. If you have already placed the order and are unsure about the correct product, color or size, check your order confirmation in your mailbox. If there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust it before the order goes into production.

Having doubts about a particular product?
Do you have questions about the exact dimensions of a finished product? Or would you like a specific size that is not listed in the drop-down list? Don’t hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help you with advice on colors, dimensions or to pass on the exact dimensions of your product. We are convinced that it is better to inform yourself well in advance to avoid any disappointments afterwards.

I want to return my order, what should I do?
Most products are produced from the moment of order and are made especially for you. Think of products with a self chosen text or in a different size. Do you want to return a product? Always contact us first via our contact page, send us a message via WhatsApp or call us: +32 (0) 479/31.46.71. Never return products without consultation.

Article 8: Warranty

Pursuant to the Act of September 21, 2004 on consumer protection in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal warranty applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.

To invoke the warranty, the customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.

For items purchased online and delivered to the customer’s home, the customer must contact Camperprints customer service and return the item to Camperprints at their expense.

If a defect is found, the customer must inform Camperprints as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the customer within a period of 2 months after its discovery. Thereafter, any right to repair or replacement expires unless otherwise indicated with the product.

The warranty (commercial and/or legal) is never applicable to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or manual, modifications or alterations to the article, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.

Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 3 months following the date of purchase, if applicable delivery, are deemed not to be hidden defects, subject to proof to the contrary by the customer.

Article 10: Penalties for non-payment

Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to Camperprints, in the event of non-payment or late payment, the customer shall be liable, ipso jure and without formal notice, for interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount from the date of the default. In addition, the client shall be liable, ipso jure and without formal notice, to pay a fixed compensation of 10% on the amount in question, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, Camperprints reserves the right to take back items that have not been paid for (in full).

Article 11: Privacy

The controller: Camperprints, respects the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.

The personal data provided by the customer will only be used for the following purposes: the performance of the concluded contract, the processing of the order, sending newsletters, advertising and/or marketing purposes.

The customer has a legal right to inspect and possibly correct his personal data. Provided proof of identity (copy of identity card), the customer can obtain the written communication of your personal data free of charge via a written, dated and signed request to Tubbax Anne Hoeverstee 18 3920 Lommel info@camperprints.be. If necessary, the customer can ask to correct the data that would be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.

In case of use of data for direct marketing: the customer can oppose the use of his data for direct marketing free of charge. To do so, the customer can always contact Tubbax Anne Hoeverstee 18 3920 Lommel info@camperprints.be.

We treat customer data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent or sell it to third parties.

The customer is solely responsible for keeping his login details confidential and using his password. The customer’s password is stored encrypted, therefore Camperprints does not have access to their password.

Camperprints keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics to see which pages of the website are visited and to what extent.

Article 12: Use of cookies

Article 13: Impairment of validity – non-repudiation

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, illegal or void, this shall in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions.

The failure at any time by Camperprints to enforce any of the rights enumerated in these terms and conditions, or to exercise any right hereunder, shall never be deemed a waiver of such provision and shall never affect the validity of these rights.

Article 14: Modification of conditions

These terms and conditions are supplemented by other terms and conditions explicitly referred to, and the general terms and conditions of sale of Camperprints. In case of conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

Article 15: Prove

The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups may serve as evidence.

Article 16: Applicable law – disputes

Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of international private law on applicable law.

The courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction in the event of legal disputes. The consumer can also turn to the ODR platform(http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
